We have met Kara at several inspections previously and she has always been professional, courteous and friendly. All the highland agents are similar and they are always there well before inspection time, ready & prepared and know about the property they are opening for inspection. You would be surprised at how many agencies are late to inspections and can't answer any of our questions about the property or get offended when we make a comment about a property, but not Kara or any of the Highland group we have dealt with over the past 6 months!!
