Perfect process
My husband and I were cautious about entering the rental market as we have previously only ever owned our home. However Lachlan at Highlands was extremely efficient and kept us informed throughout the whole process, which mind you was extremely quick. The concierge service was also very helpful in supporting a smooth move. Thank you to the team!

A better result could not have been achieved
The team at Highland property management have excelled themselves with the leasing of our apartment. First in ensuring they had everything in order from us before the purchase of the property settled, then arranging the first open house two days after settlement at which a number of suitable prospective tenants attended. Clear background checks on tenants enabled us to select a suitable tenant who signed a lease and took occupancy the next week - they could not have achieved a better result!!
