Best in the area by far
Callum MacPherson and his team (Irina and Cian) were a dream to work with. We couldn't have asked for a more supportive, approachable, friendly, efficient team to sell our first ever home. If we were staying in the area, we would, without a doubt, buy and sell with Callum again. He made the usually stressful process of selling a house seem so easy, whilst putting our needs first. The after service has been fabulous, also. Thank you so much, Callum!

He was very helpful and any questions you asked he had a answer.Plus he made sure all you wanted to know about the property was answered,he called later on to make sure we were happy with the details and if there was anything else we needed to know.Plus after settlement he gave us a call to check all was fine . Callum's communication was constant and timely.
Our first viewing of the house was only 2 business days before the auction so we had to work quickly with the deposit and contract review, and then the vendor decided to sell before the auction. Callum kept us in the loop with his excellent communication skills and also kept us motivated to stay in the race, as we thought we wouldn't have enough time to organise things. There was a mutual trust that gave us confidence in the process.

We could not be happier with the level of service we received from Callum. Best in the Business
Callum McPherson is a very knowledgeable agent who knows the market well. He is kind, caring and looks after both the vendors and buyers’ needs. He is an excellent negotiator and although it was very challenging at times dealing with difficult buyers, Callum achieved our asking price after only 2 weeks on the market. Very quick and easy process. I would highly recommend Callum if you are considering selling your property in the Langwarrin /Frankston South area as he is the best in the business.
