Seamless selling experience with Allie!

Allie is an excellent communicator and was very responsive throughout the process of us selling our property from beginning to end. She was patient and never pushed us to list our property until we were ready despite us coming to her 6 months prior. Allie displayed great knowledge of the market and was a big help with advice on styling our property! She is very hard working and committed to her job and takes the time to get to know her clients. Allie is a great negotiator and followed up on every offer/query from potential buyers helping us secure an offer which we were over the moon about! Highly recommend!

Couldn't have hoped for a better agent

Allie, is very professional and personable including knowledgable. Allie walked us through the process as first time sellers and answered all of our questions. The advice she gave on preparing the property as well as what to focus on as priorities helped us have confidence and feel fully supported. We were able to receive an offer on the first open home and received a serious second buyer on the second open. We were delighted with the sale price. The entire process was smooth and seamless. I would highly reccommend Allie to any seller as your first choice of agent.

First home buyer

What a great result

I was well aware of Allie’s reputation in the area and many friends and family had engaged her professional services and all were very satisfied. I was not disappointed . From the time I first contacted her to signing of a contract was less than a month and we had Christmas in the middle. I found her to be attentive and proactive and a well planned marketing campaign was executed flawlessly. The result far exceeded my expectations. I felt that I was her only client as I received regular updates on frequent open homes and current market conditions . She established a great rapport with the many potential buyers and negotiated a great outcome. The sales process could not have been handled more efficiently. Many thanks Allie !
