Xander is genuine and down to earth in a way that I was honestly a little skeptical and off put by at first as I thought it might be an act. I can confirm though, it is no act - Xander was incredible and could not be happier with him as our agent. We actually interviewed Xander (and others) initially and went with a different agency and then came back to him after we were unhappy with that original agency. Throughout that process (including after we had gone elsewhere) Xander was always available for questions, support and provided honest feedback and perspective we really appreciated and when we ran into troubles he was able to step in and help us through that difficult time.
