I would describe Matt as determined to get the absolute best outcome for you and very capable of succeeding at that, while still being a genuine, good person, so if you want an excellent agent he is your guy. Matt more than stepped up to the task of selling a property for me under somewhat difficult circumstances and I am very happy to recommend him.
