Having accepted her offer to inspect my property and to give me a view on a possible future sale, I found her to be both knowledgeable about the local market and very helpful regarding the redecorating process that I was undertaking, in terms of matters of contemporary style. This process was extended and refined as the time for marketing the property approached. During the marketing process itself, I found both Priscilla and her assistant, Isabella Cox to be excellent communicators, offering salient details flowing from the viewing days with detailed summaries on both quantative and qualitative terms, reflecting the views of those who visited the property. She also offered helpful commentary on the local market in terms of current sale prices of comparable nearby properties and details about those that were coming up for sale. By the time firm offers for my property began to emerge, I felt reasonably confident about committing to a pre-auction sale.
