Everything he did to help us achieve our dreams (this was a life changing move) was from a genuine place and he cared. He held my hand through the whole stressful process and made our lives so much easier and calmer in this stressful market. The commission we paid will never match the sheer amount of work he put in. He took just seven weeks to sell our property... fantastic ! We contacted Michael about 2 years ago but because of our tenant wanting to stay on, we continued to lease it till the recent expiry before putting the property on sale. He took this up and went on to market the property exactly per what he said in our meeting and recommended what we should do to make the property more appealing. Our key positive feedback about him: 1. Very committed and positive outlook throoughout the whole process from start to settlement. 2. Even in phone text messages, he always greeted us and explained well what he wanted to communicate. The best we have seen from any sales professionals. 3. Fantastic follow up/ feedback on each home open without us even asking for it. 4. Communicated and negotiated well with the buyer to close the deal 5. Went at great length to schedule private home opens and create opportunities. 6. As you can imagine, it wasn't easy finding the right house for my parents. They had lived in the same family home for over 40 years and weren't very happy to leave. With dad's medical condition worsening, there was no way he could continue to manage the structure of the home. Convincing my parents this move was in their best interest was the hardest task in my life.
