Gareth was punctual and did a good presentation; however, he does as he wishes and he does not always respect your requests and rights. From the beginning, we wanted to use Openn platform and make the rankings visible to both us and buyers which he promised to do so; however, he made everything hidden on the Openn platform and in result the buyers were not aware of the other's offers. We did not find him trustworthy and reliable at all. It was a very bad experience with Gareth from the beginning.

if you interstate buyer, please do not choose this gentleman, there will be no communication before and after signing contract. you will be ignored all the time, to give you excuses, busy with meetings and all other things. I wasn't expecting this kind of experience from any professional. Thanks Gareth for your wonderful service, learnt great lessons.
