when I first started to look for agents Gareth’s name came up a lot from friends and also social media. Once I had number of agents come through and look through my house it was apparent why he was referred by so many, he was very professional and listened to what I had to say. What struck me was he asked me what I wanted to sell the house for we’re as all the others gave me there price which seemed below par just to sell it quick and move it on. Gareth worked very hard to get close to what I asked for and for this I can’t thank him enough. It wasn’t just another quick sale, he wanted to help me out the best way possible and that was getting that extra 5 or 10k in my pocket. He was up to date and kept me in the loop with every home inspection he had just done. If you are looking for someone to go that extra mile and work for you that bit more I couldn’t recommend Gareth enough.
