Multi dynamic seem to have a policy to tell each party whatever they must to deceive them into agreeing to a sale. When the agent was asked to follow through on their promises they did not return calls and simply became unhelpful. All through the process they were highly incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and go with any other agency. Multi Dynamic are both incompetent and dishonest.
