I first met Leisa when she was dropping off some Tim Tams and a brochure for me to check out before meeting with Tavis the next day. We had a bit of a rough sale with quite a few things coming up with the building and pest. Tavis was constantly in contact with us to give us updates and was helpful with explaining what was going on. Aura took care of us from start to finish. But the finish was exceptional. I don't know how other RE Agents work, but I hope they are something like Tavis Callard and Aura. Aura has held our hands all through this investment property process, through purchase, rental management and sale. All along the way, Aura has been awesome. So even before the sale, we were pretty happy with Aura and their people. Then, when we decided to sell, Tavis Callard was put on the case. Tavis isn't a hard sell kind of guy. He'll tell you what he thinks, but he'll take your thoughts into consideration. But he also tells you what you need to know, which is how to maximise your outcomes with strategic improvements.
