This is the second time Tavis has achieved a result well above what I was expecting and with over 30 years of being involved in Real Estate I have never met another agent like him. His ability to look through a property and identify what needs to be done to maximize the sale price is outstanding and his level of knowledge and structured negotiation processes are impressive to observe. Within 3 weeks, Tavis had achieve a price well above what my wife and I were looking for and so many people that I talk to keep saying that all agents are the same and I am writing this review to say LOUDLY that if you are selling your property then you have to at least invite Tavis in for a conversation. He is no pressure, no bull and a very impressive agent indeed.
