Dedicated and responsive agent who goes the extra mile sold our place in 1 week
We worked with Nick and Your Haven for 3 years as our property manager and then sales agent- where he secured a sale in just 1 week! Nick's professionalism, attention to detail, responsive communication and thoughtful personal touches (he even planted some fresh plants in our planter boxes!) really set him apart and made everything feel easy and well-managed. We’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated agent

Nick was trustworthy, reliable and dedicated in getting a good outcome for me. Very pleased.
I have become a returning client with Nick and Your Haven Realty as have had the best experience with him as client to agent in my last 25+ years in dealing with agents in Australia. Nick is in it for the long haul not just for the money and not pushy, gives space and leaves it to your decision. He works hard in negotiating a good outcome and also gives valid and genuine advice even in preparing the house for sale. He also loves word of mouth references for business rather that expensive advertising and marketing himself and Your Haven Realty. At the same instance he makes sure the buyer is getting a good deal too and best experience on either side. Very rare quality and skill but very valued in the always difficult real estate market. Well done Nick and keep up the good work.

Outstanding Service. Nick went above and beyond exceeding my expectation. Very happy
I was nervous having never sold a property before. I took my accountants advice and obtained 4 quotes. 1 being a well known agency and 3 in the local area who might know the market intimately. The well known agency fee was off the charts high and the rest pretty similar. In the end it came down to the conversations on the phone. I found Nick super easy to talk to and well aware of the market. The thing that stood out was his kindness towards the tenants who had only just moved in. He was so respectful and mindful of the inconvenience the sale might cause them. The sale worked out well for everyone in the end and I’m so pleased I chose right with Nick. Thank you 🙏
