Professional and trustworthy with a great deal of integrity!
We bought our property from Nathan just over 3 years ago, and had no hesitation to have him sell it for us when the time came. Nathan's approach has always been extremely personable, trustworthy and open - providing constant feedback and detailed analysis of our prospects throughout the campaign. There was no sugar-coating or bullshitting in the way he communicates that I really appreciate, which is a scarce quality in this profession/industry. When the market showed signs of a downturn during our campaign, Nathan did not falter or seek for an easy way out, but instead worked even harder to ensure that we were able to secure a sale prior to auction that ultimately exceeded our final expectations, working to get us the very best offer down to the final minute. If the opportunity arises again I would not think twice to have Nathan represent us again.

Great Agent and Awesoem Result.
The campaign Alex put together for our property was perfect. He excelld in keeping us updated with what was happening, how the inspections went and what our next steps were. He made the process feel easy and we had full confidence in what he was doing. All aspects of the campaign were well thought out, trageted to the marked who would be interested In our property and professional. Awesome agent!

Alex has done a great job in selling our property and helping us achieve a good outcome. We decided to go with Alex as he had a reputation of very good sales results in the area. Took us into confidence the very first day by discussing plan of action and marketing strategy to adopt. The preparatory work was well coordinated guiding us in presenting our property in the best possible manner. His team has done a wonderful job of taking photos and creating very good marketing material. The whole campaign was well organized. Alex kept us updated on every open house, negotiations and followed up with all interested parties. When the market went flat, he did an excellent job in instilling confidence in us and also keeping buyers interested. In the end, he did an amazing job of achieving a good price. We are glad we chose the right man for the job.
