My mother met Nathan after he sold another Unit in the same block. Since then, he has discreetly stayed in touch and was an obvious selection to handle the sale. He thoroughly explained the process and how the campaign would work (Which was under a tight timeline). Throughout the campaign he kept in touch, giving detailed updates. Was very positive throughout which was borne out by a high turnout on Auction day with an outstanding price. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

This is an auction property. Oscar was very professional, friendly, patient and extremely helpful on answering my queries on the auction contract and strata report through phone calls and emails prior to the auction. On the auction day, Oscar was standing next to me, guided me, and helped me to bid throughout the auction. I couldn’t have won the auction without his assistance. I would recommend Ocar to anyone who is selling or buying a property!

Nathan was easy to deal with and quick to respond when questions arose. We kept in touch throughout the whole time the place was in the market, helped us arrange a couple of changes in the contract and even called me the week of the auction with a lot of useful tips. Overall a great experience. If I was to nit-pick, I would say that even though the final purchase price was around our expectations, it was still much higher than the "price guide" originally provided. It would be much better if realistic price guides (with respect to the market) would be enforced. However, as I said before, overall a great experience working with Nathan!!

I cannot recommend Oscar Nichols highly enough. When thinking of selling my property, a flyer from him arrived & I knew he was the agent I wanted. We then set up a meeting & the sales campaign went from there. Throughout the campaign & auction, Oscar was always involved. I relied upon him, and constantly asked questions about the campaign & auction process. He made sure I understood all I needed to know and do and the campaign ran very smoothly, & successfully. I was always informed, able to give feedback and listened to. The sales campaign & outcome of my auction was a dream come true. I was nervous as never sold at auction before, but Oscar managed it so well & it ran so smoothly, that I needn't have worried at all! Overall I had complete faith and belief in Oscar throughout the campaign. He never stopped working for, and with me, & would definitely ask for him if I sell another property.
