Great agent and experience!
We talk to few agents and finally choose Nathan because he is always friendly and shows passion. We been to many open and auctions by different agents so we can tell their communication skill and personality. Nathan always approach customers actively and patiently but not aggressive, that's most other agents can't do. When we give our property to him to sell, the market is down meanwhile few similar properties appeared nearby, we don't have price or timing advantage. Nathan is very confident, he never give up, what's important is he changes strategy to fit latest situation such as open time varies to avoid same inspection time with others. We got property sold in a good price among the first class of properties sold in the same period and same area, most of other competitors still in the market or cancel selling, which means our choice is right. By the way, Nathan is so familiar with Lane Cove and people here in the market, some agents will tell you that your property can easily get a high price but the results ain't like that, we observed many transactions so we know it. Regard to this point, Nathan's opinion likes estimated selling price is more close to actual situation. He is the right guy for sellers and buyers in Lane Cove.

Professional Agent
Nathan was the lead selling agent with Rebecca assisting him, on the sale of my unit. This unit had been on the market with a previous agent for a more than average time with an unsuccessful end result. After researching all the local agents we decided to go with Nathan. In four weeks he sold my property. Throughout the whole campaign I found Nathan and Rebecca to be professional, approachable and hard working with our interest always at the forefront. Truly Caring Professional
