Awesome work Tim & Hannah to have a tenant in my house on settlement! Plus, $55 above the appraisal that was quoted from another agency. What more could I ask?

We bought our property through Jacob Hurrell @ One Agency and we found him to be very professional, honest and helpful throughout. Jacob was very responsive to our queries and was very reliable. We would highly recommend him to our friends.

One Agency has been a pleasure to deal with- from the outset on meeting Tim, he has been professional and respectful, prompt with replies to our many queries, reasonable with negotiations about the tenancy contract, and quick with securing and vetting an suitable tenant! We have no concerns that our property will be well looked after by the team at One Agency and would highly recommend them to others looking for peace of mind whilst leasing their property.

We've had a fantastic experience with One Agency. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We feel confident and comfortable knowing they are managing our property. We picked One Agency specifically after qualifying them above the other agents we engaged with. From our experience, the best in the business.

I recently bought a property in the Port Macquarie area, I reached out to a few agents to manage my property. Tim at One Agency got back to me promptly and was very professional. He was amazing dealing with another difficult agent I used to purchase my property, and secured tenants ready to move in on the day of settlement. Emily has taken over looking after my property and has also been amazing, efficient and very professional. I'm extremely pleased with the service I have reviewed. Thanks One Agency

Tim & Ash couldn’t have made this process easier for me. This is my first time using an agency as a landlord so was unsure of how things worked. They’ve been great with communication & have made everything so simple! They found a great tenant for me within a week of listing.

First I had to deal with the emotional pain of dealing with my mum passing away, then it was the next hurdle, getting her family home ready to rent out as I did not want to sell it. Tim and the Team at One Agency have been absolute angels and a bunch of beautiful people throughout this process. This has been a first time experience for me, so I had absolutely no idea what I was doing ! Tim made it all that much easier. We now have a quaint little family home, that is ready for tenants to move in and I think mum would be proud of how the house is looking. I consider Tim and his Team as part of my family, that's how much I put my trust in them. Thanks so much guys, for making this journey just that little beat easier !
