From first experience when renting property out to sale of property. Dealing with staff at One Agency in Wauchope has been a rewarding experience. Always happy to speak with you on any issue. Very pleasant experience. If your thinking of using an agent in this area you won't get better. Can't recommend enough.

After a simple “market appraisal” to see where we were in the market to start our final chapter of renovations, Sallyann had a buyer ready and waiting to go. Within four weeks of our appraisal (and renovations being carried out) we were exchanging contracts and ready to dive into our next dream of travelling Australia. Sallyann is straight down the line and honest with her approach to selling. We followed her advice and judgment with the market which gave us the best chance of selling in such a short timeframe.

Sallyanne is the Bomb!! So easy to deal with from the word go! She was upfront about the house and conditions of sale, she was patient and very understanding. She gave me the time of day and made me feel like a person of worth, not just another number like other realestates do around here! I am very blessed to have found this home and to have had Sallyanne sell it to me.. can’t wait to move in and call it MY Home!! Would definitely recommend her and the business to anyone without fail and also would get her to sell a house for me if I ever need to. So good to see a honest person in realestate!! Good luck in the future guys!! 🌟

Sallyann was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of our recent purchase and was very professional at all times. No issue was too much and she made time to ensure our purchase ran smoothly for us the buyer and in line with the sellers requirements also, even despite our previous location being challenging to make contact by phone. I would recommend Sallyann to any potential seller or buyer.

Selling my late Mum's property was not easy, however Sallyann was so supportive and professional. She made a difficult process easier, and was very sensitive to the situation. Sallyann's very professional guidance in a difficult market was invaluable, as she is an excellent negotiator and communicator. She truly went 'above and beyond' to provide a quality service. Thank you Sallyann.

Sallyann had a good knowledge of the local market. her youth and enthusiasm gave her and John a keenness which was great to see and proved an advantage when selling our property. The result was lower than first thought but quite acceptable. Would highly recommend their agency.
