Kelly at North is an excellent property manager. I also know that if Kelly is away, someone at North will jump in and make sure everything is attended to. The highest praise I can offer is that I've had LOADS of experience with pretty ordinary property managers; I honestly thought there was no such thing as a good one. Kelly has been managing our property for 2.5 years. Every minor or major issue is attended to immediately; she always returns emails and calls on the same day (I cannot stress how rare that is); she has always been flexible by working with us on solutions, as sometimes we like to rectify the issues ourselves; and we've always been kept up to date on everything necessary. My recommendation is to go straight to North for your property management needs.
