It's all in the review! Have never met an agent who is as punctual, professional, friendly and works as hard as Ben. As someone who has used other agents and then chosen to sell homes privately, because I didn’t think they’d done anything more than turn up to the open home to earn their commission, I can say Ben puts in the hours and keeps you informed every step of the way. Great Experience in Sale

This was the first time that we sold a house as this was our first home and and Ben and his team were fantastic to deal with. From start to finish Ben was honest, upfront and gave the best advice to ensure a smooth and hassle free sale. Ben & Team August - are magic.

From when we decided to sell our home in Redlynch Valley to the time the funds went into our bank account, Ben & Team August were with us all the way and gave us a package that worked. The advice on timing and pricing was spot on. The help, support, and organisation of getting our home into tip-top condition was a result of teamwork from all the team, including us. The staging of the home was brilliant, giving fantastic quality photos and videos, allowing for the best possible marketing. The team was asked to and arranged all our legal dealings and regulations. After the sale was completed and the deal was done, the team was still there, helpful and supporting in any questions and queries we had for them.
