If you are looking for a professional, competent, reliable and easy to work with real estate agent then you cant go wrong with Luke Roach from Cairns Beaches Realty. Living in Perth, Western Australia and selling an investment property in Smithfield – Luke made the preparation of the house in anticipation of its sale very easy for me. Luke sourced tradesmen to fix some minor maintenance issues as well as organised staged furniture, photos and a great video on my behalf. Communication from Luke was regular along with images of work completed on time and in budget.
