Ben assisted me in the purchase of a property for my daughters. I dealt with him remotely from abroad, and was very impressed by his efficiency, helpfulness and communication skills. He is very professional in his approach and prepares excellent marketing materials on the properties he sells that are informative to the buyer. He is knowledgeable about the areas in which he sells properties (including comparative sales in the area), is thorough in his review of the properties, and was able to answer all my questions regarding the property and area of interest. I found him honest in his dealings. He was very helpful both before and after the sale. For example he assisted me in arranging both the building inspection and pest inspection prior to the sale, and assisted me with referrals to garden services and pool maintenance after the sale. His communication skills are excellent, and unlike the many other agents that I had approached at the time, he made himself readily available and provided constant feedback on offers and the process. He really is a remarkable person, has enthusiasm and passion for the work he does and the people he meets. He is truly inspirational.
