Good experience

Overall it was a good experience with Ben and his agency. The house sold at the first open house and the staging, promotional materials and communication were good. The area for improvement is the "professionals" they recommend to spruce up the property pre-sale. The painter was really just a handyman who did a mediocre job and couldn't be bothered colour matching the paint which was subsequently pointed out in the (also agency recommended) building inspection. Our recommendation would be to do the freshening yourself or hire professionals of your choice.
