From a tenant asked to vacate early to allow the property owner to re-occupy, Sharni and the team at Maroochydore were extremely helpful, very professional and easy to deal with. I approached Aura property looking for a rental in Maroochydore, Madeline & Sharni found me a townhouse within a week of me letting them know with a current tenure expiry lining up for when I was able to take possession, this worked perfectly for me. Working in the industry myself I know how important it is to be while working for the best interests of the owner it is paramount to ensure both parties reach a mutually agreeable & beneficial arrangement. Through feedback it was great to hear the owner was preferably looking for young professionals as tenants & we fitted the bill. I received top level communication & information from Sharni & Madeline, I would recommend dealing with Aura property in the future to anyone looking to rent out or rent property.

I was asked to confirm if I wanted to extend the rental agreement for my property at 11 Russet Ct. When I responded on the same day i got a reply email saying you were closed for business. I have still not had confirmation of my email regarding the matter.
