Great agency - with top level service!
I have been looked after by Debbie with Aura Property managing our property in Aura as well as recently assisting us securing a rental (on short notice due to employment location changing) while we build our new home. Can’t recommend highly enough - communication and advice has been outstanding. If you are still on the fence regarding management/sales - I would definitely throw Aura property into the mix.

Amazing results

Fantastic Agency

Cathy Simpson is an excellent property manager, and she has a bucketful of common sense which is truly lacking in most people (funny how it is called common sense). We have been in the rental business for a long time, it is not easy to find good property managers.

Good Agency
Keona conducted open homes and arranged for me to meet the tenant before accepting the tenant. She supervised the bond cleaner, carpet clean, carpet repairer, and smoke alarm certificate and made sure the house presented well. Keona was professional, helpful, friendly and obliging. I felt very happy with the service thank you.

Reliable and efficient agency
We have used Aura Property Rentals for some time. Their inspection reports are thorough and they have good communication. Repairs are undergone quickly and rent paid into our account on time each month. A special mention of Sarah who is excellent in handling our account.
