Tavis introduced himself to us when we were in the process of renewing the lease on our investment property, after a lengthy discussion and inspections of other properties he proposed our options which were to re lease or sell. Due to the property being tenanted for some years it needed a face lift, Tavis, (being the project manager) organised tradesmen to complete the work in a very acceptable time and quality of workmanship.Once ready for sale Tavis had a contract for us to sign within a week.

I first met Leisa when she was dropping off some Tim Tams and a brochure for me to check out before meeting with Tavis the next day. That very first meeting I knew that I was making the right choice with the right team. Tavis provided great feedback on things to do to have our home in the best light ready for market. Always offering help where needed, Tavis and Vivian even set to task on a job that we all avoid…re wiring the clothes line. Either open homes or private inspections I was always kept well informed and given feedback as we went.
