Simon Yu and his team recently sold my property. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from them. In particular, Jovi who did most of the work tirelessly and patiently all throughout the process. My house was not easy to sell and Jovi's determination and perseverance played a pivotal role. The team even helped me moved my furniture which you will never see from any real estate agent. I have bought and sold several properties (11 in total) and have dealt with a number of agents but Simon and his team are the best. Not to mention the amount of the agent's commission they charge - too little for the work they have done. I am a person who never bothers to write a review (good or bad) but I have to make an exception for Simon and his team. Well done guys!

Thanks for Simon and Mark's effort. There were some misunderstanding at first time even before signed the contract. However, you made effort at final stage on both vendor and buyer's side to close the deal. And thank you for the settlement gift. Small detail changed something. Final yet equally significant, thank to Mark, Simon's teammate, helped me to do the final inspection and settlement in a responsible and professional manner.
