The advice was sensible and as far as I could detect, no needless expenditure, either in the marketing, or in what he suggested would present the property as best as it could be, for what it was. Would have liked some explanation of all the keys received (or warning that front door lock would not open without wd40) . Did not respond to final call/text. Felt once the settlement went through, that’s were the customer service ended but overall good impression up until final correspondence

We appointed Hamish to list our property in late 2018 after considering the offering of a number of agents in the Lower North Shore area.
