Would have liked some explanation of all the keys received (or warning that front door lock would not open without wd40) . Did not respond to final call/text. Felt once the settlement went through, that’s were the customer service ended but overall good impression up until final correspondence

We found Hamish to be extremely knowledgeable about the area we had chosen to buy in. We appointed Hamish to list our property in late 2018 after considering the offering of a number of agents in the Lower North Shore area. Our property was sold and we were were satisfied with the result during a challenging environment for vendors. One of the key requirements was for the appointed agent to be highly experienced in all aspects of the market cycle and provide a flexible approach, ideas and advice as required. From the outset Hamish was very transparent about the process, including some of the risk aspects. He was in regular contact with us (daily at key times) providing updates and advice . His real estate knowledge and technical ability are impressive and he has a meticulous attention to detail. We will be calling Hamish and team the next time we are considering a property transaction.
