We were extremely happy and impressed by David Buttel. We interviewed a number of agents and David stood out as the right agent for us. He was extremely open and easy to communicate with, always kept us fully informed of developments and interested parties, was always punctual and well presented. He never made us feel we should take an early offer and there was no pressure on us during the auction campaign. We had numerous discussion with David prior to hitting the market about how the campaign would be run and this was stuck to throughout. As a result we knew what to expect and it took a lot of the stress away. David is extremely likeable and trustworthy and got us a fantastic result for our place.
