Alexis is a very reliable agent you'd enjoy having business with.
The property inspection was very well organised. Alexis was positive and friendly, she answered all my questions and sent me the contract and strata report while I was checking the balcony. I already liked the property and I started to like it even more after the inspection as the agents were very helpful and open. However, I was inclined to skip it - there wasn't enough time for me to prepare for the auction. Alexis gave me a call the same day asking about my thoughts and sharing some useful information. And after the call I decided to give it a try. It just felt right to do. Alexis was promptly responding to all my e-mails providing detailed answers during the week before the auction. It was important to me because I was totally unaware of the process and there wasn't much time left. During the bidding she actively supported me, which I really appreciate - it was my first auction and I felt a bit nervous. Overall, I think Alexis and her team made my home-buying-process a pleasant experience.
Stewart is a professional who takes even small things seriously
I'm not an experienced home buyer, I've only inspected several properties and attended one auction and my first inspection was less than two weeks ago. However, I already signed the contract a couple of days ago and one of the reasons for such a quick decision wasn't the property itself but the attitude of the agent (Stewart and his team). I actually liked another property more and it was more convenient for me to pursue that property but I stopped considering it due to poor communication with the selling agent. Stewart was very friendly and open during my inspection of the property. He approached me first, answered all my questions and gave me some extra useful information. I also received the contract, price guide and strata report outright and one of Stewart’s colleagues gave me a call later the same day asking about my thoughts and providing even more useful details. I’m not naive (hopefully), I do understand that selling agents work for sellers, I read to never trust agents, but something was just right about my whole experience with Stewart and his team. So right that I decided I don’t want to miss such opportunity - good people to deal with + good property.

Professional and knows the area
I invited Stewart to view my apartment and put forward a proposal. From the outset it was clear he knew the area well and was realistic about the potential. He was able to assist in negotiating a very great rate on the styling and then through the sales campaign both Stewart and Alexis were really responsive, keeping my partner and I updated. I was confident to let him do his thing and the auction result was above my expectations. Would definitely recommend using Stewart if you are selling in the Mosman/Cremorne/Neutral Bay area.
