I already liked the property and I started to like it even more after the inspection as the agents were very helpful and open. However, I was inclined to skip it - there wasn't enough time for me to prepare for the auction. Alexis gave me a call the same day asking about my thoughts and sharing some useful information. And after the call I decided to give it a try. It just felt right to do. Alexis was promptly responding to all my e-mails providing detailed answers during the week before the auction. It was important to me because I was totally unaware of the process and there wasn't much time left. During the bidding she actively supported me, which I really appreciate - it was my first auction and I felt a bit nervous. Overall, I think Alexis and her team made my home-buying-process a pleasant experience.
