We first sighted Mario engaged in an earnest conversation with a client when we visited our favourite coffee spot at Newmarket. Later on Mario hosted an open house over the road and we ambled over to have a look at the property and also to have a chat with him about our plans to sell our own house. We found him very approachable and he was able to share his own opinions on the current housing market and also give us some indication as to the value of our own property. His knowledge of the area was considerable and we both decided to keep him in mind when we were in a position to sell. In due course we did place our property for sale. Mario and his team were extremely helpful from day one and the house was on the market very quickly. The first open house was very successful with a large crowd attending. A number of offers were made on the day and an apparently excellent sale price achieved. Unfortunately the highest offer is not always the best and the contract did not proceed. All this time Mario and his team were very supportive and were quickly able to sign up another good buyer. This sale did proceed but not without some anxious moments. At all times Mario protected our interest in a professional and direct manner. His negotiating skills saved our sanity on more than one occasion and the end result was right up to expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending him as a very effective agent.
