I’m generally good with their way of sending reports. They are responsive to the email. However there are things to be improved. Communication and management of the tenant expectation was not the way it should be and caused a lot of unwanted stress for me. When a senior agent stepped in we get some good results. Also when renting out, the initial communication was ambiguous and instead of providing facts , I was receiving a vague feedbacks. Eventually that was sorted but I suggest the junior agents to be mentored. Also they should try to optimise the owners costs which is not the case in some occasions.
