It was an absolute pleasure to be supported by Laurice Morgan who is one of the best property managers out there. Our tenant vacated the property not long before Christmas, and we are left without much time to secure a new tenant before the holidays. Laurice reached out and provided not only personal touch but also professional advice. Everything (new paint and new carpet) was handled perfectly and timely, and we were successful with securing a new tenant and signed a new lease before Christmas. We are overall very happy with Laurice and the services from Aurora (back dated from the days with NNW).
