Excellent Property Management Service

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Laurice as our property manager. She has done a fantastic job managing our property at 5/35 Booth Street, Marsfield NSW 2122, and we would highly recommend her to any property owner looking for a reliable and professional property manager. Laurice has been very responsible, proactive, and professional throughout the entire process. She personally attended to the property and handled a number of issues efficiently, including arranging wall painting, organizing keys and locks, coordinating cleaning, and making sure the property was ready for the market. What impressed us most was how quickly and efficiently she managed everything. The property was listed on the market very quickly, and we were able to secure a suitable tenant within just two weeks. Laurice is excellent at communication, pays attention to detail, and genuinely takes responsibility for getting things done. We really appreciate her hard work, dedication, and professional approach. Thank you, Laurice, for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free. We are very happy with your service and would gladly recommend you to other property owners.
