I appreciated the very professional way in which Ms Lam presented the property and facilities during inspections, and in the prompt responses I received to further, followup questions I had following those inspections. At all times Ms Lam made herself available to on-going queries and ensured a quick response from the vendor especially during the bidding stage. She also helped facilitate arrangements to help accommodate specific requests such as a pre-purchase building inspection.
