The Ausrealty webpage opens with a statement that it all starts with belief. That is what I needed after my father died. As an interstate vendor selling the family home of 65 years I needed an agent I could believe in, someone who wouldn't tell me only what they thought I wanted to hear, and that I could genuinely trust and rely upon to represent my best interests when I wasn't physically present to check on things. Take a close look at that website because it details a new and innovative approach to real estate - one in which all parties come away feeling positive and satisfied with the outcome. It is genuinely a new paradigm for the industry, and light years away from my previous forays into real estate. Omar Obeid, James Kalantzis and Daniel Sutarov did not promise what they could not deliver in order to secure my business. They were candid regarding the state of the property, frank in representing council rules regarding developing the site and perceptive in their assessment of my needs and how to address those. These are principled people. They are not randomly seeking to sell real estate for their commission - I can attest that they genuinely care about what they do, how they do it and the individuals involved. They developed a strategy for me to achieve the best possible outcome and achieved that in the short time frames they set for themselves. They did exactly everything they said they would and more. Honestly from the moment I met Omar and Daniel I knew they were the best agents that I could possibly hire to sell my home. There are so many agents constantly bombarding us with their pitches to sell our home for the best price and yet not really filling us with confidence in their poor pitches and lack of local knowledge . I can honestly say Omar and Daniel were constantly communicating with us, gave an honest agreement to sell our home for the best price and kept to their word. They were so efficient that they sold our home after the first open house, and they negotiated the highest price we agreed we could achieve. I cannot recommend these guys enough. For my wife and I, selecting the right agent to sell our property was a critical decision, and one we did not take lightly. We met with several agents, and were highly wary about sales talk designed to win our business - valuation promises, claims about local knowledge, and "proof" of previous results. It did take a couple of meetings but we were quickly convinced that Omar and his team were right for us, and I would have no hesitation in saying also right for you, particularly if you are selling in Peakhurst or the immediate surrounds. Omar's market knowledge in Peakhurst was clearly evident from the outset. He told us from the start what the issues would be, why we should approach the sale a particular way, what he expected, and what we should expect. It gave us confidence and proved to be good, sound advice. We didn't agree on everything by any means, it gets emotional as a vendor, but Omar is a straight talker and we had plenty of lively conversations about our respective expectations. Importantly, he never tried to push us into accepting an offer we weren't happy with. He simply gave his honest opinion, but made it clear he would do whatever we instructed and always endeavour to achieve the best result for us, which I'm confident he ultimately did. Ausrealty's fee structure also very clearly says: "we back ourselves to do a job you will be happy with", for which I have huge respect, and no other agent we spoke with would ever have dreamed of offering anything similar. And the unexpected little touches, the thanks for the business and the congratulations on the sale, which went a long way in helping us know we were dealing with people who actually care about every detail. Everyone will do their homework and make a decision that is right for them, but if nothing else meet with Omar before you make that decision. We are certainly glad we did.

I was lucky enough to have had Joyce be the agent for the property that I was lucky enough to purchase, a purchase that wasn't only made possible because of Joyce! I have never come across an agent as supporting, as attentive nor as 'customer' focused as her. No question was too small, no request was too large and no task was ever a problem. However the best thing about Joyce (apart from the above mentioned) is that she is honest and genuine right from the beginning until the very end. If you are looking at anything property related you really should have Joyce looking after it. J
