The experience is dealing with the Studio Estate has been excellent right from the start. Tenzin was patient to go through all the questions and concerns I had in selecting in agent. He was flexible in coming on site multiple times and answering calls. His knowledge of the property market was accurate in terms of managing expectations. On the day I signed up, Tenzin had a very good prospective tenant looking for new rental. The profile was excellent, and budget was in line with our expectation. That night after work Tenzin went out of his way to show the property and tenant. They loved the place. The leased was signed the next day and they moved in under two weeks. The team that manages the property took their time to document every detail of the house. Followed up with the tenant to address any concerns. At first, I was a little hesitate to go with the Studio due to being quite new to the Kellyville market.
