We were referred to Ismail after several other successful sales in our street. We found Ismail to be honest in his appraisal and kept us continually updated with the progress of the campaign and his recommendations for changes, based on market feedback. I gladly recommend Ismail and the team at THE STUDIO Estate Agents.

Best agent in the Hills! I've gone with Ismail both as a buyer and as a vendor. I've dealt with many agents in the past and I can safely say Ismail has always been that agent who has gone that extra mile to help you get the best results.

We are so pleased with Ismail and his team. They made our goals their goals and worked hard to work for us and what we wanted. We never felt like a number and they knew the value of our property and location and didn’t settle for anything below it’s worth. If you’re looking for a team that has your interest in mind and wants to get the best out of your sale for you, don’t look anywhere else. The Studio connected us with the right buyer and helped us every step of the way

Ismail's approach in dealing with prospective buyers is unparalleled. He is amazingly patient and transparent in his engagements. As first home buyers,we had never ending questions. But he took the effort and time to handhold us thru every step, never exerted undue pressure. He is a thorough professional and even as he made every effort to help and guide us,he never compromised on his professional integrity towards his vendor.Above all,he is a fine gentleman and highly reliable and man of his words.

We enlisted Ismail from The Studio to assist us with selling our family home. From our first initial meeting he was committed to our goal. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in our suburb market. COVID-19 restrictions started to tighten in the midst of our campaign and his communication and transparency was superb. He not only achieved our initial discussed price guide (pre covid restrictions) but set the new street record by $150,000. Exceptional service and we can’t thank them enough.
