From our first meeting with Karim we knew he was the real estate agent we wanted to sign with. He was the only real estate agent we met with that didn’t just try and promote his sales ability, but also genuinely asked and cared about what our future plans were post sale. After signing with Karim any issues or concerns we raised were dealt with promptly, and he kept us in the loop at all times. When it came to negotiations we were thrilled with the result. Our property sold well above our expectations in only 2 weeks of being on the market. Karim made himself available to us at all hours of the day, he even drove out to us at midnight on a Sunday night to arrange to have the contract signed as a matter of urgency. We were really pleased we went with our instincts and signed with Karim. There were no dirty tricks and he was honest and upfront with us throughout the entire process.
