We knew absolutely nothing about the town we were about to purchase our forever home in, except it was quiet. We first met Tracy when hubby was interested in a property that I wasn't and she could tell straight away, after asking me a few friendly questions she then showed us a couple of pics of my dream garden, only 1 hang up, the property was under probate, Tracy explained all the details of how probate worked, but I didn't care I was hooked from the first picture. She kept in touch and as soon as probate was sorted, we met her at the property, she guided us thru building and pest inspections etc. We needed a quick settlement as we were going overseas which was well booked before we even started looking for property. Once everything was signed etc on a Friday, we flew to UK on the Sunday and Tracy offered to keep an eye on everything and even feed the fish for us. She went over and beyond, we didn't just find our perfect home thru Tracy, we gained a valuable friend. Thank you so much Tracy for everything.
