Positive at all times
Chris was very thorough and positive through a very prolonged and drawn out settlement period by the buyer. His continual updates were well communicated and his opinions on pricing were accurate.I would recommend Chris to anyone wishing to sell acreage as he was exceptional to deal with.

Local Knowledge Outstanding

Property presentation was very professional and complemented by James' knowledge of rural land.
James was politely personable and conducted himself in a very professional manner throughout the entire process. His extensive knowledge of rural land was evident when viewing our property for sale. James provided an excellent platform to sell our property by thoroughly looking at all aspects of our property and promoting it accordingly to prospective buyers. He well understood the potential aspects of the property and obviously communicated that well to our ultimate buyers. Our first offer came only after 6 days of the being on the market. Overall the whole experience was seamless and well communicated throughout. We would be happy to recommend James and his agency to any future client.

Communication and professionalism 10/10

Humble house sale
I found Aaron very efficient and friendly. I felt like he was working for me to get the house sold and had no derogatory comments about my humble house. He made me feel comfortable and I was very happy that I had listed my house with his company. The employee who took the photos for the listing also did an incredible job. If and when I list the other houses I have in Kingaroy (currently rented) I would not hesitate to list them with this company.
