Suri was helpful and readily available to contact, the negotiation wasn’t straight forward but Suri was able to problem solve and find ways to meet the needs of both buyer and seller. Appreciate Suri’s assistance throughout the purchase process.

I worked with Suri to buy an apartment, and overall, it was a positive experience. Suri proved to be a good communicator throughout the process, promptly responding to my inquiries and keeping me well-informed every step of the way. Their knowledge of the real estate market and expertise in the field were evident, providing me with valuable insights and guidance. I appreciated how accommodating Suri was, always willing to address any concerns or questions I had regarding the sale and able to guide me through the process. Her willingness to ensure a smooth transaction was commendable. However, there was pressure to sign the contract quickly. While I understand the need for timely actions in the real estate industry, it would have been beneficial to have a bit more time to review the details thoroughly.

Suri's agency has been the agency to manage my property for some time and they have always been great. I engaged Suri to sell one of my properties after enquiring many different agents. Suri's advice was succinct and accurate to the market conditions. She listened to my requirements and provided me with the best advice as well as managed my expectations so that there are no surprises. Being a pessimist and a chronic worrier of everything that could go wrong, Suri kept me informed and at ease the entire process. In the end the results were very satisfactory for myself. Auston Grand being my managing agent and my selling agent has performed beyond expectations in both roles and I would highly recommend Suri and her team to anyone looking for property management and property sale.

I was selling multiple properties with different agents at the same time. Not only Suri and her team achieved the best result, but she’s been working with me, listening to my preference, tailoring selling strategy to suit my needs. During the whole process, Suri has been giving me her most genuine and professional advice. It’s a fresh feeling not needing to “play the game” with agents”. I do believe Suri is truly passionate about helping people finding their dream home and connecting the right buyer with the right property/vendor. I would recommend Suri and her team to my family and friends.

We had a fantastic buying experience with Suri, she was a delight to work with. We especially appreciated that she took the time to walk us around the amenities of the apartment block, pool, gym, rec room after the Saturday inspection. Thanks for all your help, Suri.
