Jonathan did a fantastic job at both manging and then selling my property. He treat the property as if it is his own property. Priority what is important and needed to be dealt with immediately and what could wait the next day. When problems happen he would let me know and we would have the matter sorted out in a reasonable amount of time. Mistakes and problems do happen but in the end he would deal with the matter and have it resolved. If I have a investment property in future I would engage Jonathan again. Why you may ask? He treat the place as if its his own investment property and understand the important of not just spending money for the sake of it.
