Unbelievable ! Simon SOLD my property in 3 weeks!
Simon sold my previous home in Bundoora three years ago , because of his great positive personality and his negotiation skill and he doesn’t charge expensive advertising fee, I decided to use him again. I hate Auction, Simon is the only agent keep telling me private sale is the best way to sell in this challenging market. He is right again, he sold my property in 3 weeks ! Thank you Simon and I’m highly recommend to all vendors if you want to go private sale.

Simon guided us through the process with skill and care

Professional and capable
Louis sold my property only in 2 weeks after he took over from previous agent. My property passed in the auction and been on the market for nearly 3 months. He offered to help without charging advertising fee again. He is knowledgeable and capable. His ability to sell quickly impressed me. He is an agent worth recommending.

Excellent work experience with Simon
So glad we had Simon as our agent for the sale of a Town house in Malvern East. From start to finish he was trustworthy and kept us informed along the way. Simon was a very helpful agent for us as we were dealing with both an overseas owner and their assistant interstate. Simon was always willing to help us with what ever request we had. He allow us to inspect the property at our request and has been very helpful with the after sale service as we need small things fixed in our NEW townhouse - Simon had been involved in this after sale process and understands the stress of a new purchase and has a pleasant and approachable manner and by far the best real estate agent I have had to deal with.
