Jill's experience was clear as she was able to show us a number of suitable properties before we finally found our dream property on the Sunshine Coast. We would highly recommend Jill if you are looking to either buy or sell any property on the Sunshine Coast or surrounds

As we were new purchasers from Victoria and had looked at many properties in the area but mostof them were under contract or no longer available, however once we met Jill and explained our situation she contacted us with other properties that we were not aware of and eventually we purchased from Jill. As we were only in Noosa for a short period she arranged inspections etc at the last minute and communication was excellent. Extremely happy with the service and kindness that Jill gave us - so happy with our new purchase.

23 days from listing to auction. Chris was there with us 100% throughout. Endless messages, phone calls, he bent over backwards to achieve the best result for us. Chris is an absolute pleasure, extremely hardworking. Thank you for a great ending to our new beginning :)

Chris was professional and worked hard for his client but able to ensure buyer empathy to provide a mutual outcome and support the transition.

Good communication and service. Would consider using Chris again in the future. Good local knowledge but didn't predict the immediate future market (very difficult in the current climate though). Sold the property quickly. Chris did try to get us to spend considerable money on advertising but we chose not to and still sold very quickly.

Tracy’s integrity and professionalism impressed me from our first conversation enquiring about the property. A great positive attitude made the process easy and all delivered with a smile. Thanks!

Chris was recommended to me as an agent you can trust. I would make the same recommendation to others after my own personal experience - my interactions with Chris have been straightforward, easy and clear. He is very helpful and down to earth.

Nic was absolutely fantastic in selling our unit. We have dealt with Nic a few times in purchasing and selling properties. He understands the market gives honest valuable opinions and is a great negotiator. Would highly recommend him to sell your high end property or is also a great buyers agent. If your looking to buy or sell in Noosa Nic is your guy!
