Jesse was excellent in all areas! Very professional with a great knowledge of the current market trends in the Noosa area. We found Jesse to be extremely helpful, hard working and organised. Jesse was so easy to deal with and very accessible. As interstate sellers this helped make the experience stress free. We were so pleased with the result and would highly recommend Jesse. Thank you Jesse for all your hard work!

Jesse's professionalism shone in every detail of the sale. Especially his professionalism with his colleagues, with the potential buyers and consulting with myself and my staff. I am very pleased with the outcome of the sale and all that Jesse did to make it happen.

Nic right from the beginning was extremely helpful and obliging with all dealings with me over the period of selling the property. Nothing was too much bother and his attention to detail was very impressive as was his knowledge of the market. The house sold over expectations which must be every agent and owners delight. What a wonderful friendly man to work with and I give him 6 not 5 stars for his strong ability as an agent and would recommend him to any future buyer or seller.

Tracy Russell's polite courteous, forward thinking, kind, supportive, faultless and her market knowledge, communication and professionalism exceptional; all an extension of her character. Tracy sold my property setting a new record for Marcus Beach… who am I to argue! I am convinced the labels on clothing must say ‘made in heaven’. When you’re on the other side of the world as I am its reassuring to know that Tracy is steering the ship; what for me might have been a walk-in minefield turned out with tTracys assistance to be a skip in the park;...why not see if Tracy can break records for you too?

A very daunting prospect of telephone bidding at auction was made whole lot less intimidating with the help of Chris Miller and the team at Offermann Real Estate, Chris was very helpful within the lead up to the auction and on the day, he was instrumental on us bidding and our successful purchase, His Vendor should be pleased with his endeavour to bring about a sale result that wouldn't have happened without his persistence. Thanks Chris, Cheryl & Max Williams Nov 2021

Chris was tenacious in following through on all leads throughout the short sales period. I had every confidence in him from the initial discussions, that he would get me the best possible price at auction, which he did. He was an absolute delight to work with and with me being in a different State, the whole process was managed so well. Communication from Chris and his support staff was valued. Thank you for a wonderful result!
