Tracy Russell was a whirlwind of activity, from liaising between the vendors and a demanding buyer (me) to finding background information, she went out of her way to make the deal happen. While highlighting the house’s pros she never tried to hide its cons and was veracious from the get-go. I felt she had an encyclopedic knowledge of the districts she serves and she gave me tips on everything from locating dog beaches and the best restaurants to finding the right furniture and other household goods.
