Professional, polite and exceptionally good

We recently engaged the team at Professionals Hills North West to lease out our new property. Bruce and Natt were on the case from day one and incredibly efficient at getting the property on market. The team had very good knowledge of the market including rental rates, types of tenants and tenant expectations. We were kept informed twice daily during the leasing campaign and the property was leased to very good tenants in no time. We are very happy with the team at The Professionals and recommend Bruce & Natt very highly.

Above and beyond every step of the way!

I couldn’t recommend Natt highly enough. She has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process and has made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable. From the very beginning, Natt has been incredibly helpful, responsive, professional and genuinely caring. She has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions, keep me updated and make sure everything was taken care of, even with the little things. Even after moving in, she has continued to be amazing with organising and following up on the few minor defects and making sure everything is being addressed. It’s honestly refreshing to have an agent who is so proactive and genuinely invested in making sure her tenants are happy. I’ve really loved my experience so far, and a huge part of that is because of Natt. She is an absolute asset to the team and deserves all the recognition for the way she looks after her tenants.
